To initiate a return, customers can email at returns@Zumaoffice.com or call at 1–877–473–4097 to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Once the RA # and a return shipping address are provided, the item should be carefully repackaged in its original packaging. The RA # should be written on the outside of the shipping package, not on the product packaging.
Once the warehouse has processed the return, a refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. The refund will be issued as soon as possible, but it may take up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. Some items shipping direct from the manufacturer may have restocking charges. There might be a 15-30% restocking charge on all product returns caused by no fault of the company.
